LEAN MANAGEMENT Workshops are dedicated for companies and performed directly on customer sides. We work on real processes and data, looking for change opportunities in real business environment.

Before workshop we perform customer needs analysis, which allows us to collect informations about customer requirements and based on this prepare individual workshop's agenda.

We prepare also development plans (which cover f.e. change propositions in organisation or processes, trainings or concrete implementation tasks).
