Marcin Hołda

Lean trainer and consultant with several years of experience in managerial positions in international corporations. He worked in companies with mass production (thousands of units per day), large-mass (a few hundred thousand units a day) and single-unit (a few pieces per year). Exists and is actively involved in building awareness of continuous improvement at lean meetings and conferences.

Experience - over 900 hours of training and consulting in companies such as electricity, energy, heating, food and chemical. He has experience in organizing organizational structures, development of continuous improvement in companies, designing and conducting training and workshops for both managers and line workers.

Currently implementing Lean management in different organizational cultures and nationalities.

Areas of interest - the implementation of Lean management in different industries and organizational cultures, optimizing the entire supply chain, cost-effectiveness of Lean activities.

Agata Zabielska

Certified Business Coach, consultant, Lean practician, all her career engaged in promotion and implementation of continuous improvement activities in companies from sectors: electricity, household appliances, IT, currently in food industry.

Experience in training - more than 300 hours of training, both as an internal trainer and consultant in external companies. She has experience in developing training for employees at all levels of organizations, from executives to the production line employees.

In addition, has extensive experience in other tools of lean production, including supporting the improvement of the production process mapping techniques using Value Stream Mapping, and many others.

Currently responsible for implementation of 5S in the factory with stringent hygienic requirements of food industry and employee suggestion system.

Areas of interest - 5S, VSM, standardized work, flow processes, improving organizational efficiency of firms (eg, effective programs, meetings).

Tomasz Szczepankiewicz

Business trainer and consultant since beginning of his career. Associated mainly with improvement of manufacturing processes characterized by high variability and short series as well as optimization of variable and fixed costs in production and service enterprises.

Experience - gained during numerous training courses and conferences. Has accumulated considerable experience in implementing lean manufacturing tools in most areas of business, from warehouses to production after the department of planning and purchasing.

Currently conducting a project related to a reduction in operating costs and business planning process feasibility.

Areas of interest - Theory of Constraints, as an introduction to the implementation of Lean Management in operational terms, and optimization of operating costs.
